 We'll send you a short questionnaire before we speak. It covers your budget, what you're hoping to achieve, and the things you won't compromise on. It also means our first conversation starts guided by your goals.

We review your responses in detail, then schedule in a short video call to talk them through. This is where you get to ask the questions you've been sitting on. What's realistic for your budget. Whether what you're imagining is achievable. What the process actually looks like. If we're not the right fit for your project, we'll tell you then, and point you toward someone who is. 

 Then we come to you. We walk the space, hear how your family uses it, and look at what your home and site will allow.  We'll flag the constraints early, while they're still cheap to solve, and you'll come away with a much clearer sense of what's possible.
